1. Feta and hummus wraps

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 Original wraps
  • 2 tbsp hummus
  • 3-5 cherry tomatoes
  • a handful of spinach
  • 3 tbsp of crumbled feta

DIRECTIONS 

  • Spread each of 2 wraps with 2 tbsp hummus
  • To each add a few halved cherry tomatoes, a handful of spinach and 3 tbsp of crumbled feta.
  • Roll up and eat. 

2. Pesto and mozzarella wraps

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 Veggie wraps
  • 1 tbsp fresh pesto
  •  ¼ sliced avocado
  • 1 roasted red pepper
  • mozzarella
  • fresh basil

DIRECTIONS

  • Spread each of 2 wraps with 1 tbsp fresh pesto, then top with ¼ sliced avocado, 1 roasted red pepper split lengthways, a few slices of mozzarella and some fresh basil.
  • Roll up and eat.  

3. Tex-Mex chicken (Spicy)

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 Spicy wraps
  • 2 tomatoes
  • red onion
  • coriander
  • 1 tsp chipotle paste
  • black beans
  • 1 cooked chicken breast

DIRECTIONS

  • Dice 2 tomatoes and mix with 2 tbsp finely chopped red onion, a handful of coriander and 1 tsp chipotle paste.
  • Divide between 2 wraps then add 2 tbsp of black beans to each.
  • Top with slices of cooked chicken breast and roll-up. 

4. Rainbow veggie wrap

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 Spirulina wraps
  • 2 tbsp hummus
  • 1 lemon
  • carrot
  • red and yellow pepper
  • shredded red cabbage
  • baby spinach

DIRECTIONS

  • Toss a handful of shredded red cabbage with salt and a squeeze of lemon juice and leave for 10 minutes to wilt a little.
  • Spread 2 wraps with 2 tbsp hummus each then top with the cabbage, 1 grated carrot, a few slices of red and yellow pepper and a handful of baby spinach, then roll-up. 

5. Sweet banana and peanut butter wraps

INGREDIENTS

DIRECTIONS

  • Spread 1 tbsp crunchy peanut butter over one side of the wrap
  • Top with 1 peeled banana and add a pinch of hemp hearts
  • Roll up and eat.
