1. Feta and hummus wraps
INGREDIENTS
- 2 Original wraps
- 2 tbsp hummus
- 3-5 cherry tomatoes
- a handful of spinach
- 3 tbsp of crumbled feta
DIRECTIONS
- Spread each of 2 wraps with 2 tbsp hummus
- To each add a few halved cherry tomatoes, a handful of spinach and 3 tbsp of crumbled feta.

INGREDIENTS
- 2 Veggie wraps
- 1 tbsp fresh pesto
- ¼ sliced avocado
- 1 roasted red pepper
- mozzarella
- fresh basil
DIRECTIONS
- Spread each of 2 wraps with 1 tbsp fresh pesto, then top with ¼ sliced avocado, 1 roasted red pepper split lengthways, a few slices of mozzarella and some fresh basil.

- 2 tomatoes
- red onion
- coriander
- 1 tsp chipotle paste
- black beans
- 1 cooked chicken breast
DIRECTIONS
- Dice 2 tomatoes and mix with 2 tbsp finely chopped red onion, a handful of coriander and 1 tsp chipotle paste.
- Divide between 2 wraps then add 2 tbsp of black beans to each.
- Top with slices of cooked chicken breast and roll-up.
